So we encourage you to make The Sun your own by sending us your event announcements, press releases, Letters to the Editor and even photographs! For event announcements and press releases, please be sure to include the basics: Who, What, When, Where and Why. (For example: The Trinity United Methodist Youth will hold a bake sale on June 4 in the parking lot of Trinity United Methodist Church at 210 West Main Street, Hummelstown, to raise money for their annual mission trip.) For engagement and wedding announcements, you
can print out one of these forms... For Letters to the Editor and other editorial texts, brevity is always better. Try to keep your submission under 250 words. Also, please let us know where we can contact you, day or night, to confirm the source of the text. We reserve the right to accept or reject any text.
